RigExit operates as a digital directory and dispatch-routing platform for commercial heavy-duty towing, semi-truck recovery, and roadside assistance. We provide location-based mapping to connect stranded assets with verified, independent third-party service providers.

RigExit is NOT a towing company, motor carrier, or freight broker. We do not own or operate any tow trucks, rotators, or recovery equipment.

3. Limitation of Liability

Because RigExit acts solely as an informational directory and routing tool, we assume no liability for the actions, services, or pricing of the third-party providers listed on our platform. By using RigExit to contact a provider, you acknowledge that:

  • All service contracts, pricing, and payments are negotiated directly between you and the independent towing provider.
  • RigExit does not guarantee the response time, quality of service, or availability of any listed provider.
  • RigExit is not liable for any property damage, cargo loss, delays, or personal injury resulting from the services provided by third-party units dispatched through our platform.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate location permissions only if you wish to utilize our proximity-routing features.
  • Not use any automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data, phone numbers, or provider information from our directory.
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit false dispatch requests.

5. Provider Listings and Accuracy

We strive to keep our directory of 20,000+ providers as accurate as possible. However, business hours, dispatch capabilities, and contact numbers may change without notice. RigExit provides this information on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
